OMB Deputy Director Jason Miller on successes and disappointments

In both the fiscal 2024 and 2025 budget requests, the Biden administration expressed concerns about how pay compression is impacting the federal workforce. The concerns never led to a legislative fix, a disappointment for federal employees. Still, the Office of Management and Budget deputy director, Jason Miller, had some successes to point out when he spoke with Federal News Network’s Jason Miller.
