·        Isidre Sala heads the delegation of the government of Catalonia to the United States and Canada. Catalan Gastronomic Week is a new initiative launched by the delegation on the occasion of the feast day of Sant Jordi (Saint George), one of the most important in the Catalan calendar. It is a festival of love and literature, observed every year on April 23. On this day, people give books and roses to their loved ones. This century-old tradition is now becoming global, and you’re going to hear all about it;
