In today's Federal Newscast, the Education Department has alerted its union that the agency plans to offer early retirements to employees.
"We get to do all kinds of really interesting, often nefarious things. Our job is to think like the bad guys do, and to try and break in," said Rob Olson.
"This is actually a great partnership between our organizations, and it's our first ever partnership," said Joel Spangenberg.
"Clearly, this is going to be right at the top of the agenda when lawmakers get back, and they don't get back until November 12th," said Mitchell Miller.
In today's Federal Newscast, the Army is putting a lot of focus on fixing its housing this year.
"We're getting more tactical, more mobile, because as the threat evolves, we have to evolve also," said Lt. Gen. Sean Gainey.
Union officials are urging Labor Department leaders to continue negotiating over return-to-office changes.
"My concern that the Trump administration will reinitiate Schedule F is actually stated in black and white in Project 2025," said George Chuzi.
