The Small Business Administration and Housing and Urban Development are two agencies that ranked well in the latest “best places to work” survey.

The rankings were released this week by the Partnership for Public Service.

We talked with Steve Preston, the former secretary of HUD and SBA Administrator.

He gave us insight from a “senior management” point of view about the significance of the survey, and how it can help managers do their jobs.
