Encore presentation, Originally aired June 17, 2010 — This week, Federal Security Spotlight features Matt Coose, Director of the Federal Network Service in the National Cyber Security Division at the Homeland Security Department; and Marianne Swanson, senior advisor for information system security at the National Institute of Standards and Technology.

They both spoke about continuous network monitoring, how agencies must orient themselves towards it, and the changes coming in the Federal Information Security Management Act (FISMA).

They both spoke at the recent Management of Change conference in Philadelphia.
