November 21, 2012 — This week on “Your Turn” , Walton Francis, the expert on the federal health-insurance program, joined host Mike Cause to answer federal employees’ and retirees’ questions about finding the right plan during Open Season, which runs through Dec. 10.

Francis is the author of Checkbook Guide to Federal Health Plans. Both the online and print version have become the Bible for federal and postal workers and retirees looking for the best coverage.

Also, Federal Times reporter Sean Reilly talked about the latest on sequestration and how the Postal Service is handling a $15.9 billion loss this fiscal year.
