Coast Guard photographers compete in Shutter Shootout
It’s March Madness in the U.S. Coast Guard, as Guard photographers compete in the annual Shutter Shootout.
In honor of college basketball’s March Madness tournament, the U.S. Coast Guard is conducting its own competition. In Shutter Shootout 2016, photos taken by Guard photographers over the last year are competing in a head-to-head bracket of 64.
