A South Korean news paper says that North Korean dictator Kim Jong Il is back on his feet and is believed to be working normally after quickly regaining his health. But US intelligence sources as skeptical about the report. There have been several photographs of Kim at public events. Some of them show him watching a soccer match or visiting a military unit were taken between October and November, and they are not composites. A few of them do not appear to be recent photos.
