French neurosurgeon Francois-Xavier Roux, who reportedly treated North Korean leader Kim Jong Il Has admitted to meeting Kim Jong Il’s first son Kim Cho’ng-nam. Japanese Television reports Roux reportedly visited North Korea four times, with the last visit being April 2008. Why was Kim Jong il’s son talking with Roux. Sources speculate that Kim Jong Il condition is not improving since he had a stroke in August.
