Tokyo hosted the Olympics in 1964 and they’re going to do it again in 2016. But a lot’s changed since the 60s. One thing is a very astute and pervasive terror movement. So the Japanese are starting early. They want to try to prove they are ready for whatever they terrorist try to throw at them and any other disaster that comes their way.
