Fighting terrorists is going local. More and more police officers around the country are getting a hold of some futuristic tools to help them fight crime and catch potential terrorists.

CNN’s Brian Todd told the DorobekINSIDER that the technology is meant to give local authorities the upper hand they need to keep the homeland safe, but some people are not happy about it.
