#FedFeed – Spring, snapshots and shamrocks

In this week's Fedfeed, NOAA shares its spring 2016 outlook, NARA promotes its new app, and the Smithsonian shares the history of Shamrocks.

NOAA released its Spring outlook this week. Despite this week’s winter storm, it’s forecasting a warm spring.


The Coast Guard’s “Shutter Shootout” photography contest started on Wednesday.
