GAO: US-VISIT tests need to be more comprehensive

Is US-VISIT really worth it? The Government Accountability Office says some of the tests associated with the program aren’t really working. A recent report from the congressional watchdog took a look at whether or not the program has been successful when it comes to keeping track of who can, and can’t, legally work in the U.S. They’ve found that more needs to be done by the Department of Homeland Security when it comes to collecting and tracking biometric data.
