U.S. Navy and Marine Corps personnel delivered supplies in support of the Japanese government's relief effort following recent earthquakes near Kumamoto.
Japan Maritime Self Defense Force personnel load supplies onto a U.S. Marine Corps MV-22B Osprey tiltrotor aircraft assigned to Marine Medium Tiltrotor Squadron (VMM) 265 (Reinforced), 31st Marine Expeditionary Unit (MEU), aboard the JS Hyuga (DDH 181), off the Japanese coast, April 22, 2016. The supplies are in support of relief efforts after a series of earthquakes struck the island of Kyushu.
