Children dressed as princesses, superheroes and supervillains for a naturalization ceremony at the United States Citizenship and Immigration Services on Wednesday. The holiday marked the youngsters’ induction as U.S. citizens while parents recited the Oath of Allegiance for those too young to say it themselves.
