The OMB director has commented that feds have more cutting edge technology on their smartphones than in their offices.

But is that really true?

“Federal employees have more access to cutting-edge computer power and programs on their smartphones than at their offices,” that was the comment from Office of management and Budget director Peter Orzag. Orzag was quoted by GovExec in a recent article.
