Update: Sherrod refuses to return to USDA

The Agriculture Department lobbied hard for the return of Shirley Sherrod — the Agriculture employee who was fired in July. But to no avail.

Sherrod was falsely accused of discrimination based on an out-of-context video from one of her speeches that was posted online.

CNN’s Brian Todd has been following this story from the beginning and he says this story is never-ending.
