January 13, 2011 — Federal Security Spotlight speaks with Thomas Schankweiler III, chief information security officer in the office of the Secretary of Health and Human Services.

He received an award from the training organization, ISC2, for developing a comprehensive cyber strategy. It includes training employees in their roles as protectors of mission critical and personally identifiable information.
