Your agency is probably looking for new ways to use social media.The administration is pushing agencies to engage citizens through technology and make government more transparent.

But many people don’t have faith in that effort. Four in ten Americans responding to a 2010 Harris Interactive and Right Now Technologies poll say it will take the government up to five years to catch up with the private sector.
