Tor Opsahl, the executive vice president at IT contractor CCSi, joined Industry Chatter to discuss his company and how it does business with federal agencies.

Creative Computing Solutions, Inc. provides program and project management as well as IT solutions for the federal government.

From Opsahl’s official bio:

Dr. Tor Opsahl started at CCSi in July of 2008 and is serving as our Executive Vice President. He provides broad based leadership for the corporation with a particular emphasis on Business Development and the long term growth of the company. Tor brings over 20 years of broad IT and business experience in the Federal market place, having worked with both DoD and Civilian agencies. He has managed both business development organizations and operating divisions. Prior to CCSi, he served as the Executive Vice President for all Civil Sector business at Perot Government Systems running an operating group with annual revenue in excess of $300M. Tor has also held senior leadership positions with QSS Group, Inc., ACS, RMS/Intelisource and the Virginia Center for Innovative Technology. Tor holds a Bachelor of Science degree and a Ph.D. in Engineering, both from the University of London.
