The Labor Department spends $2,600 a week on elevator posters for its D.C. headquarters. House Oversight and Government Reform Committee Chairman Darrell Issa says the agency spent more than $600,000 on posters since 2009. Tom Shoop is Editor in Chief at Government Executive magazine.
