Chief Information Security Officer at the National Archives and Records Administration

Leo Scanlon has more than 20 years experience securing IT Systems and since 2005 has been the Chief Information Security Officer at the National Archives and Records Administration. Prior to his current appointment, Mr. Scanlon was an IT Security Specialist with Northrop Grumman and lead the certification effort for the IRS Modernized Infrastructure. He was a systems architect at Winstar Telecommunications and organized the IT security program at that company, and engaged in consulting work in the telecommunications industry.
