In meetings with clients, I am often asked for a “turnkey solution.” I have learned that is just code for the fact that they are so busy and thinly staffed that they just don’t have the time to put more work on their plate and need the vendor to take care of everything. While this is a justified reality for the marketing departments at many federal contractors today, I will tell you that going “turnkey,” while easy in theory, does not deliver the same results over time that working with your vendors to maximize the benefits your campaign will deliver.
