GUEST BIOGRAPHY: Tom Moran, Executive Director for the All Hazards Consortium

Tom serves as the Executive Director for the All Hazards Consortium (AHC) and was part of the foundational efforts, which lead to the AHC’s incorporation in 2005. His role is to support the Board of Directors and the member states in the areas of strategy, operations, policy development, and integrated regional planning between states, federal agencies and private sector owner/operators.
