Incumbents: Access Systems, BAE Systems, CGI Group, CSC, General Dynamics, Intellidyne LLC, Keane Inc., Lockheed Martin, Northrop Grumman, Pragmatics, SRA International and Unisys Corporation.

Services provided: This requirement will support departmentwide IT requirements and any of the systems development life cycle (SDLC) areas. These include: sustaining and expanding use of current hardware, operating systems and software; supporting and streamlining current systems; configuring and managing computer hardware, software and networks; improving systems and network security; and fulfilling requirements of a long-term, even multi-year, nature to provide comprehensive solutions, database conversions and system development.

Timeline: The contracting office is prepared to compete this requirement during fiscal 2010 in an effort to award in late 2010 or early 2011. Input is currently anticipating a RFP in mid-2010.
