Federal News Radio is looking to talk to federal employees who are experiencing delays in getting reimbursements from their flexible spending accounts for medical and/or child care expenses because of the blackout period earlier this summer. The Office of Personnel Management switched providers and federal employees were unable to electronically submit claims for about a month.
