Julián Castro, secretary of the Department of Housing and Urban Development, tours homes that are being renovated due to lead-based paints on Monday, June 13, 2016. The tour coincided with news that HUD had awarded $46.5 million in grants to 15 state and local governments to protect families from the hazards of lead-based paint and other home-based health hazards.
