Things are calmer on the southwest border now that the flood of illegal immigrants has declined. Homeland Security Secretary Jeh Johnson said the worst is over. This comes after DHS Inspector General John Roth's investigation into alleged mistreatment of child immigrants at detention centers. The accusations were made by an advocacy group in June.
