We’ve been watching the new White House Web site — whitehouse.gov — and we’ve talked about how they are using blogs and video on the site. And we’ve also talked about how some government rules and laws may not necessarily be conducive to Web 2.0. Well, the new WhiteHouse.gov may be an example of that. Chris Soghoian has written that the site has made allowances for YouTube. Soghoian writes a blog for CNet Blog Network covering security, privacy, technology policy and cyber-law. He’s a student fellow at Harvard University’s Berkman Center for Internet and Society.
