A new hospital in Africa is being called a paperless hospital without borders. Botswana’s Bokamoso Private Hospital is a state-of-the-art hospital that allows patients to get the care they need without leaving the country. The facility – which opened in January – has an advanced IT department that supports electronic medical records and satellite connectivity for telemedicine operations. Doctors and nurses who work at the hospital come from across the globe and follow U.S. standards for care.
