A new survey on Americans’ health care reveals some interesting information about patient health. According to a survey from Gfk Roper, the average patient’s health is dependent on a minimum of 200 pieces of paper in about 19 different locations. And the average doctor’s appointment takes 13 pages to document on paper. On average, Americans will see 18 different doctors throughout their life. Patients older than age 65 will see more than 28, the study found.
