The Energy Department has awarded $92 million for 43 cutting-edge research projects aimed at improving how Americans use and produce energy.
Some of the organizations chosen include Arkansas Power Electronics International, Inc., Case Western Reserve University, and the CUNY Energy Institute.
The DorobekINSIDER has also collected a list of the technical descriptions for each award.
Dr. Arun Majumdar, is the man behind the project. He is the Director of the Advanced Research Projects Agency at the Department of Energy. ARPA-E is a new branch of the Energy Department.
