Cyber-threats have created unprecedented technical and social challenges that have never before been addressed. In the past, when the enemy attacked you could see it, touch it and know what damage was incurred. A cyber-bullet can attack a country, a financial institution, or a power grid and we may not be able to detect or ever know or understand the full impact of the security breach. Mark has responsibility for cross-enterprise security initiatives and solution engineering. He directs the Enterprise Security practice with responsibility for all security solutions and services inside Unisys Federal Systems including IT cyber security, credentialing and access management, physical security, and secure commerce and in-transit visibility. Mark is a frequent speaker on security and information technology convergence including electronic surveillance and physical security, identity management for transportation security and access control, civil use of biometrics and multipurpose credentials. He is an expert on design and implementation of trustworthy, highly available distributed systems.
Anthony “Tony” Valletta
Former Deputy Assistant Secretary of Defense for C3I
Anthony Valletta currently consults for various clients in the C4ISR and IT Strategic areas.
He recently retired from SRA International Inc. after ten years of leading their C3I and Defense Business Sectors each representing nearly $500 million in revenues. Tony started and ran the Cyber practice at SRA and at the conclusion of his tenure at SRA, he was the Senior Vice President and Director of the Defense Sector. Earlier, he was the Director of the Command, Control, Communications, and Intelligence (C3I) Systems business unit where he was responsible for thought leadership and strategic direction for the Government Sector, with concentration on the Department of Defense.

Amit Yoran serves as the Chairman and CEO of NetWitness Corporation, a leading provider of network security analytic products. Prior to NetWitness he was Director of the National Cyber Security Division of Homeland Security, and as CEO and advisor to In-Q-Tel, the venture capital arm of the CIA. Formerly Mr. Yoran served as the Vice President of Worldwide Managed Security Services at the Symantec Corporation. Mr. Yoran was the co-founder of Riptech, a market leading IT security company, and served as its CEO until the company was acquired by Symantec in 2002. He formerly served an officer in the United States Air Force in the Department of Defense’s Computer Emergency Response Team.

Andre Eaddy has over 12 years experience in information technology and information assurance. For the past 7 years Andre held a variety of IT security roles supporting the Transportation Security Administration managed IT Infrastructure Program, including the IT security director. Andre assists his clients with a wide range of IT security challenges including security engineering, certification and accreditation, vulnerability management, managed security operations center services and information assurance policy support.
