CSC buys cybersecurity firm

The Washington Business Journal reports that VRL is a privately-held cyber threat intelligence company. It will become part of CSC\'s global cybersecurity business.

Companies are clamoring to get into the cybersecurity business. Computer Sciences Corp, or CSC, is no exception, as it expands its cybersecurity reach. It has acquired Vulnerability Research Labs. The Washington Business Journal reports that VRL is a privately-held cyber threat intelligence company. It will become part of CSC’s global cybersecurity business. The move is expected to strengthen its ability to develop tools and techniques to battle cyber threats. No word on how much the acquisition cost.
