At the age of 10, Niloofar Razi Howe was forced to leave her country, Iran due to the revolution.  Like many Iranians, she left for the safety of the West, first to England, where she was placed in an English boarding school, sleeping in the attic until her parents could figure out what the future held for them.  She tells Women of Washington about the “Gift of Exile,” her amazing journey from growing up in Los Angeles to Harvard Law school to becoming the chief strategy officer at RSA.
