Their hearing, “The Need for Increased Fraud Enforcement in the Wake of the Economic Downturn,” included testimony from Deputy Director of the FBI, John Pistole; Special Inspector General for the Troubled Assets Relief Program Neil Barofsky; and Rita Glavin, Acting Assistant Attorney General of the Criminal Division at the Justice Department.
