A series of hearings about reforming Defense acquisitions continued in the House Armed Services Committee yesterday.

The Committee’s Defense Acquisitions Reform Panel’s hearing, “Measuring Performance: Developing Good Acquisition Metrics” included expert testimony from the Defense Acquisition University; the National Defense Business Institute at the University of Tennessee; and the Naval Postgraduate School’s Department of Operations Research.
