The House Armed Services Committee is done putting its finishing touches on the fiscal 2015 Defense Authorization Act. Stars and Stripes reports the committee is including full troop pay raises and benefits. But the Defense Department believes some cuts are necessary to preserve readiness. The defense industry is figuring out what these changes will mean for them too.
