Oceus Networks was created on Jan. 1, 2011, when Ericsson completed the sale of Ericsson Federal to Tailwind Capital. Oceus Networks integrates communications products. Doug Smith is responsible for providing communications broadband systems to the U.S. military and intelligence communities.
