Lockheed Martin wins $791M Air Force contract

NEW YORK (AP) – Lockheed Martin Corp. has been awarded a $791 million contract to provide a range of services to the U.S. Air Force, the Department of Defense said Wednesday.

Under the deal’s terms, Lockheed will support the integration of software and components for the Air Force’s combat support automated information systems.

Lockheed, based in Bethesda, Md., closed at $72.71 on Tuesday.
