Nearly 30 years after Congress passed the largest reform in DoD’s history via the Goldwater-Nichols Act, the Senate is reopening the topic of Pentagon organization. As Federal News Radio’s Jared Serbu reports, Senators are hoping to build on the successes of Goldwater-Nichols and repair some of its unintended consequences.
