One Homeland Security agency has more vehicles than officers to drive them. That's one finding from the DHS Inspector General. The IG finds the Federal Protective Service simply doesn't manage its fleet very well. Mark Bell is the Assistant Inspector General for Audits at DHS. On the Federal Drive with Tom Temin, Bell starts by describing the vehicle picture for the entire department.
