Turning an old government building into a model of environmental efficiency is no easy task.
But the General Services Administration and Metropolis magazine are promoting a collaborative way to get it done — offering $10,000 in cash to engineers and architects who can come up with an innovative way to do it.
The DorobekINSIDER spoke with Casey Jones, director of design excellence and the arts at GSA, about the contest.
