Five former Secretaries of State offered advice for the next President at a forum at George Washington University last week. CNN’s Frank Sesno and Christiane Amanpour moderated the forum; we heard comments made at the forum by each of the five former State Department heads, and we talked to Mr. Sesno about his perspective on the discussion.
