The second meeting of the In Depth Technology board took a close look at the Hewlett-Packard 2140 mini-notebook, HP’s newest entry into the netbook sector. Carol Hess Nichols, HP’s Director of Worldwide Business Notebook Marketing, talked with former GSA Administrator Lurita Doan, former Transportation CIO Dan Mintz, and me about how HP is positioning the 2140 in the marketplace. Dan and Lurita detailed the results they got over the past two weeks or so putting the 2140 through its paces.
