The Federal government’s efforts to rebuild Afghanistan are increasing, and the lessons learned in Iraq are offering cues for increasing the likelihood of success. The Center for American Progress hosted an event yesterday with the Special Inspectors General for Reconstruction in both Iraq and Afghanistan.
