This year’s Web Manager University is history, but as always the presentations were loaded with the latest information for Federal web managers. Today I played highlights of the presentation on “Citizen Participation and Engagement.” The presenters at this discussion were Katie Stanton, Director of Citizen Participation, and Bev Godwin, Director of Online Resources & Interagency Development, both in the White House Office of New Media.
