Military health information technology is one area of the new budget that is getting more attention, and possibly more money.

The House Armed Services Military Personnel Subcommittee heard from five leaders in the military health space, including Allen Middleton, Acting Principal Deputy Assistant Secretary of Defense for Health Affairs; Army Surgeon General, Lt. General Eric Schoomaker; Navy Surgeon General, Vice Admiral Adam Robinson; Air Force Surgeon General, Lieutenant General James Roudebush; and Charles Campbell, the Chief Information Officer of the Military Health System, in the Office of the Assistant Secretary of Defense for Health Affairs.
