Tomorrow is the expected release date of the FY2010 DoD budget recommendation from Secretary Gates. Deputy Defense Secretary William Lynn talked about the change in priorities in that budget at the Navy League’s annual Sea-Air-Space Exposition yesterday. He also outlined his plan for defense acquisition reform.
