The Transportation got over $40 billion in the American Recovery and Reinvestment Act. The Senate Appropriations Subcommittee on Transportation, Housing & Urban Development, and Related Agencies heard from Transportation Secretary Ray LaHood and Transportation Inspector General Calvin Scovel about what they’ve done with the money so far.
